 | Given the recent ongoing events with sites like Tumblr, Kickstarter, and Patreon, I've decided that its in my best interest at this time to start making moves to proactively update my main site to take over Patronage duties for my work. |
Its going to take a while to iron out all of the technical details but my aim is to implement the basic systems necessary to allows fans of my work who wish to donate to the cause to be able to do so directly through my website and gain membership access to their digital rewards immediately.
I already foresee a need to purchase subscriptions to various services to bring this all together. It will add significantly to my monthly maintenance fees but in the long run I'll be able to utilize much more of the patron support I receive as my work continues to grow in viewership.
This should allow me to better weather any unforeseen storms that might otherwise damage my ability to make a living through my artistry.
If you have any tips or suggestions on ways I could bring all of this together I'd love to hear them. ^ _^
