Book Keeping...

I was going through and doing some book keeping work, since I was awake.

I was wanting to double check that everyone had the appropriate access to their patron rewards.

I had to remove access for some former patrons whose access should have expired some time ago.

I was doing my best to be careful while doing in the event that I might have accidentally removed your access and and you know you should have access just hit me up and I'll get you sorted up.

I was going through my Patreon exit surveys and found some questionable and found some questionable comments that I wish had been brought up to me sooner.

Such as...
-I was overcharged
-I didn't receive the benefits/rewards described
-wasn't as active as I expected

I'm not normally notified when I receive an exit survey and names usually aren't attached to them to let me query further or perhaps offer a refund, or a free sketch. Hrmm naw, on second thought, that would just open the doors for abuse at the expense of my time.

If you feel I'm moving too slow on a particular work or haven't revisited a specific topic in too long please by all means feel free to voice your concerns to me. I'm more than happy to respond to peeps when I can.

I'm going at most of this by myself and its sometimes difficult to keep up with all my accounts. An outside perspective on my work can prove incredibly valuable.

If the system somehow ends up double charging you then for sure contact me, I'll issue a refund ASAP. Especially if your switching to using Studio-Aegis as a support system I'll gladly refund your first payment to ensure your not over charged.

I have been worried that my work on the novella hasn't been interesting enough to keep peeps invested. I'll do my best to switch gears more often if needed to keep things interesting. :p

I have been contemplating wanting to start up a newsletter to better help keep peeps up to date on things. I'd like to get peoples thoughts on them first though.

I didn't want to do them so often that they become annoying but could be a good way to remind peeps that I'm here working all the time. :p

Been feeling lately like quite a few of my former fans have drifted away from me for one reason or another. I'd like to reconnect with peeps and remind them that I'm always here plugging away at my works.

I really need to double down and get this book complete, so I can start up some higher profile projects relating to Crimson Dames.
