This one came about from random personal sketches that I really liked and decided to bring it to full render.
Then I decided to do multiple color variants. Then I made it available as shirt designs. :p Took quite a while to organize all the color variants and save them in all the necessary formats. This ended up becoming this years Halloween project thankfully before the month was over. I've been moving so slow and distracted this year. I'm not particularly proud of how few finished pieces I managed to get made this year. I've been slowed down so much by my various maladies. To T Next project is a return gift to a dear friend that a lot of time and energy is being dedicated to. After that I'm really hoping to dig back in deep with story projects. Thanks you all so much for bearing with me in my time if weakness. I cant thank you all enough for still following and your support. Tho if you see the need to suspend such I would not think harshly of you.

This was my Halloween project for last year. I just really lacked the energy to get it posted back then. To T
I have it available on Tpublic but I'm open to posting it elsewhere if people would rather have the quality of merch services elsewhere. I had noticed that Displate was now offering prints of original creations for like 60 ish dollars. I might have to get one or 2 made there. Unfortunately the rent cleaned me out this month. To T If any of you really want to have one of my works printed on something like that I can make the files accessible to do so. Dragon Shield also offers a similar service. If any one ever wanted a custom sleeve pack with my art on it. I wish CCGs weren't so expensive these days would love to be able to show off my art at comic/gaming shops. :p This one has several color variants if peeps are interested in those too. Took quite a while to get each one set up, saved, and posted. XO Each variant is available as merch too! I don't make much if any real money with them tho. So its more so if you really love the art enough to wear it in public, and make my creations just a bit more known. :p Man I can't believe I neglected to post the finished version of this piece.
I really need to get back in the groove. To T Sorry! It's been too long without an update. Been working on a new illustration this past month. The lighting has been difficult to figure out.
The scene is a moment where Red Riding Hood Standard makes a climatic leap just as a voracious 2 headed dragon lunge after her. And end up crashing their heads together. I'm still figuring out the lighting effects. Lotta shading to do still before its done, but its starting to take on a proper life of its own now. I've been needing to post more regularly but my various maladies have been keeping me from having the strength to do so. The website had an issue too where it lost its SSL for some weeks and I only just figured out how to get it set back up correctly. I want to rebuild my website from scratch so bad, but Webflow is too complicated for my meager coding skills, and at the same time insufficient to pull off the full scope I have for my website. I really just need to learn to code on my own, but don't even know which language to start learning. I really need some help figuring out where would be best to start given what I'm trying to accomplish. Heck it might be better if I just build my own codeless web builder. designed to organize my sites data and aesthetic the way I need. More and more I think what I really need to do is make a website that is an interactive video game. Imagine something where you could explore various dungeons and find pages that open access to new 3D galleries. With unlockable ways to access key characters input on a given work in their own voice. I need to be able to utilize multi layered web building. I know its possible but most site builders don't easily account for its possibility. Seen some really cool doom mods that had me thinking "surely I could pull off something like this" Make a sort of pseudo walking simulator where you physically go to different areas of the site to view whats been created. And or ancient tomes where you flip through and see the various sketches done as tho it were some arcane wizards manual. So much I want to do so little time, and even less funds and energy to go round. Remember you can always find me in the discord. I need to post more about my Fallout 76 camp and shelters too that have kept me pretty distracted of late. Thanks again so much for your continued support in these trying times. I really want to find something I can create to give back to you all. Just always a struggle to figure out where best to get something printed. My works tend to not print as well as I'd like. This was the first of 3 sketches earned by Thomas.
I decided that trying to refine the sketch line art directly was too time consuming so I basically resorted to just essentially inking the work, but at a faster than usual pace in an attempt to save on time. Ultimately though I wound up with my usual OCD inking creeping back in and I don't think I ultimately was able to save any additional time at all. Usually wouldn't put forth this level of effort but with the support peeps helped us achieve I felt it was worth the additional effort to help compensate for the crappy currency exchange rates. Fundraiser Sketch Reward for Nothere!
I really need to get better at drawing torn tattered clothes... and untattered clothing as well. XD Fundraiser Sketch Reward for Torchfire!
This was a rather out there concept I'd never seen requested before. Been working at knocking out these queues but have neglected posting about them. X0 |
