Sorry for posting this late. Didn't get much work done yesterday due to upgrading my computer.
I managed to double my RAM maxing out my computers potential there.
I'm hoping it will help to speed up my inking process. Since the way things used to go I would draw a line then Photoshop would eventually draw it down, but while attempting to approximate or smooth it out cause it to really be a series of short straight lines with bumps and edges that only I would really notice.
If the new RAM can cut back on that happening then I will be able to dedicate less time to cleaning up each line I lay down.
I got approved for a credit card the other day, the first since my bankruptcy, so I'm a bit leery about wanting to use it yet, that and it hasnt arrived just yet.
I got it with the intended purpose of helping me to move out to an apartment all my own. But I'm mulling over if I shouldnt use it to purchase the 3 accounts I need to build a new website. Wordpress Business, Memberpress, and Beaverbuilder. Which should allow me to craft a much more efficient website with easier to customize log in options.
I'm especially keen on the idea of doing alternate headers, dividers, and nav icons to reflect the current patronage one is logged in with. To give more of a sense of prestige for being a patron.
Will take a while to design 3 other image sets for each tier but would make things far more fascinating. ^ _^
Looks like I'll have to move out to West Virginia to find the price range perfect for my income, which means i'll need a vehicle too, but I really don't want to have to get a boring ugly "Normal" car.
I'm pretty interested in getting a boxy Step Van, something I could get customized with my own art work. Set it up to be a mini mobile apartment so that I can maybe look into doing convention work again in the future. Though I suspect that that sort of work is even less financially viable than it was some years back.
Phewa almost done with these inks finally, Just gotta get in the energy arc between the smallest skulls shes firing off.
Lost a lot of time fixing the proportions for this pic, Might still need to do some adjustments for the lower jaws they feel a tad off still.
I'm liking where its going tho so far. Still debating if the background should be just darkness with the glow of the energy shes firing or if i should put the wall of the stairway with her shadow cast on it. Will have to see how it might play out once its inked.
Tell me if anything feels like it sticks out as annoying or off so I can adjust it while theres still time. ^o ^
Got the big skull in finally, Still needs a few adjustments, I'm hoping to get the rest of them in today.
Feels like I've been slowing down on how fact I can ink these pieces, I need to figure out a way to boost the speed of my process. T oT
Man this ones been fighting back against me real hard. Have had to put quite a bit of time into ironing out the mistakes in the anatomy. Finally looks about where I'd like it to be.
Man I really need to make the time to start doing some anatomical studies to get my penciling faster and accurate, so I'm not loosing so much time correcting mistakes in the inking process.
Tweaked the pencils for the main skull a bit today, that got it looking more accurate.
Started inking the head and hair, took a while to get the flow just right. Actually I don't think it's quite there just yet, but is close.
Tell me what you think and get me your feed back and ideas before the inks locks down that can be done. XD
I think I should be able to get this finished up tonight,
Is finally coming together what its final form should look like.
I still need to make some adjustments to the scrolls text and I just noticed the windows line weight feels off. Might end up giving the whole thing a much bolder outline for the final version that would go to print.
not to late to get me feed back on issues you think need addressing. Don't worry if your skill level isn't what mine is, if something feels off speak your mind and help bring it to my attention to make it better. ^ _^
