 Sorry for my updates being so infrequent of late, I've been suffering from an intense lack of energy these past weeks making it very difficult to wake up and get various tasks complete. To T
Tried a different approach to the grass with this one that helped to save a lot of time tho I'm not so sure its quite as appealing to look at. I really need to start making time to start putting these stories down for people to read. Check out Patron Tiers for the variants!

 Phewa man this ones been pretty grueling. I'm only at the early stages of the colors currently. The Inks and Flats are largely done and I'm working the shadow layer. I started the background first so that I can have the colors better inform the main figures. Had some kidney stone issues among other maladies that messed me up for about a week or so there, but at least the one issue has resolved itself for the now. I deeply apologize for how long Ive got without any updates. Once these 3 are complete I'll be doing my best to ramp up production on the novella again, I also still need to finish the the last of the Vs project, and the shewolf comic. Phewa. Really thinking I need to pull away from doing sketches for other people and shift focus back to showing off my own creations. Finances been rather slim due to these delays and I really wanna get one of these major projects finished and available for consuming soon.   Forgot to announce that this piece was finished and posted up! :D
The extra large file has been posted for Copper Tier Patrons section. I still haven't had the chance to add a Shards page to the Gold Tier Patrons page due to being perpetually busy/exhausted, soon tho hopefully. Though does anyone ever actually access those? I really need to think up a better reward for the Gold Tier but I'm about as well paced as a flattened sloth these days. U _U Anywho with that minor detraction out of the way though I'll be moving onto the Roll For Loot / Birthday sketch requests. ^ _^ I do want to get a short story written up for this piece at some point just gotta think through who or what her opponent is and how the eclipse plays into it. that and make the time to do so. Y oY  So close now! Hoping to have this one buttoned up tonight. ^ o^
 Still a ways to go on everything, but the shadows are finally starting to take shape! :D
Now that the inks are in a good place the coloring is on! Working in the initial shadow layer for Historia.
Shading the grass will be an interesting challenge what with the angle I set the lighting for it. I'm digging where its going so far tho just a lot of stuff to plug away at still.
Main body has been adjusted, gettin the grass to feel more unified with the winds direction.

Just got to where the inks were completed yesterday, but comparing it to the original pencils it just feels so stiff by comparison. I am making the hard decision to redo the arms and the grass, as I don't like how that feels very much either. Here are the major changes I'll be making. Once I finish this pic I'll be getting back to the sketch requests so be sure that you got urs filled in. :p   Decided to change things up by making a fully colored illustration for patrons and non patrons alike. :p
I penciled this one up some months back, and thought it was about time I get it completed. ^ o^ Need to think of some minor elements I could add to help provide her sense of scale a bit better. |
